Testing of Animal carcasses

Testing of animal carcasses for:
• cattle,
• pork,
• sheep,
• goats and horses,
• poultry,

is undertaken to determine hygiene of slaughter:



They are derived from specific requirements and are obligatory for abattoirs.
They are conducted according to a schedule prepared by the vet and their frequency depends on obtained test results.

We use 2 methods of sample collection:
• destructive
• smear


Analyzed range covers:
• mesophilic aerobic bacteria,
• Enterobacteriaceae and Salmonella spp.
