We cordially welcome You to this page.
We are sure that You will agree with the thesis that investment in trainings is a very good investment.
First, because you invest in people and second because it is not only the most future oriented investment but also the most infallible one.
It is the investment that pays off even during an economical instability and during stabilization it pays off with an increase in a company's effectiveness.
Trainings, however, largely depend on professionalism of their execution and subjects well-chosen taking into consideration the group of listeners.
It is also important for these trainings to include as many practical guidelines as possible and new solutions based on them.
Our company possesses 9 years of experience in offering trainings from food safety maintenance.
We base our materials mainly on practical aspects and tight cooperation with many companies from the food sector.
Thanks to this we are easily able to find solutions for virtually all problems arising within a topic.
By designing specific plants, preparing their technologies and subsequently implementing their quality systems and testing their products we obtained broad practical knowledge which is systematically used in daily work and which we also sell outside in the form of trainings and consulting.
Our training offer is directed to all those who wish to learn in practice how quality systems function in their production plant and learn ways to meet all requirements during daily work.
Our trainings are based on three basic principles:
- they take place on the grounds of a production plant - according to our experience this method gives the best effects. At the site one is able to thoroughly analyze the subject of training and learn to implement it. Accordingly, carrying out workshops at the production plant gives the best results. Everything becomes clear and simple.
- The subject and the nature of training are prepared specifically for a particular company - this includes even the most general subjects. Our lecturer beforehand learns about a particular company and adjusts his training program at this angle. Such training and workshops include this company's specification, employment structure, equipment structure, existing quality systems, etc. A lot of training time is devoted to discussion and questions.
- Fixed training costs - the number of participants does not influence the overall cost of training. The cost depends solely on time and distance of training.
