We possess a fleet of cars prepared for transporting samples i cooling and freezing conditions. Our samples collectors are experienced professionals with higher education (food technology and physicochemistry). Their knowledge not only guarantees professional sampling but also allows clients to ask questions regarding tested parameters.

Apart from the regular vocational preparation they also undergo regular trainings at Voivodship Sanitary and Epidemiological Stations regarding practical skills necessary for collecting water samples.

We would like to inform You that test results are confidential and thus protected from third party access. This is one of the requirements for the laboratory's accreditation.

Our auditors will visit You punctually on a given day. They are the top class specialists qualified for collecting samples of food products. Furthermore, they are in possession of professional equipment for sample collection and transport in cooling conditions.

Temperature of transported samples is registered all the time using a specialist device and subsequently downloaded to a computer in the laboratory. The time of transport is also monitored. Thus we can at any time present a print - out of both parameters' monitoring.

Samples reach the laboratory the same day they are collected and they are kept in a cooling chamber until tests are performed. Testing begins in time defined by specific regulations.

After tests are completed results are described in a form of a report which is then sent to You via e-mail and regular post. The report also contains results' interpretation which simplifies assessment of the whole test.
